- JMJonathan McCormickNov 29, 20251.0I do not have an account here. I do not want an account here, I have an account with Chase bank, but my wife's mother's Estate account is through Wells Fargo. She came into the branch to make a deposit into the estate account, and a very arrogant woman was standing behind the teller line, which my wife told me was the manager named Melissa. She whispered something to the nice teller girl, then asked my wife where she banked, and if she was interested in opening an account with you. She politely said "no thank you", but the manager then kept badgering her, trying to pressure her into opening an account. We don't care how many branches or ATMs you have, we said we weren't interested. I don't know where the manager gets off pushing so hard to make a sale. It's tactics like this that causes buyer's remorse. This didn't happen in the Burlington branch, or the Marlton branch. The teller looked EXTREMELY uncomfortable the entire time as well. Please don't let this woman stay here for much longer, the tellers do NOT deserve that.

I ask her a question, and she just redirects me. Shouldn't she know the answer to simple questions? The banker told me the answer in 30 seconds, why couldn't the manager?

Every single time, I am simply TRYING TO DEPOSIT MONEY. It's the only Wells Fargo in the area. I have rent I need to pay😅😅. Anyway, it's dumb that there needs to be cash in the machine JUST TO DEPOSIT MONEY. Ok, I'm tired. Pls fix it.
- BBBurrSep 13, 20251.0I cannot believe I'm writing this. I have been coming to this branch for years, and have always felt welcome. But this new manager? I have no idea how she got this job. I had an issue with my account, and sat with one of the bankers to try to sort it out, which we did, but the whole time she kept looking over at me, as if trying to eavesdrop. She sat at the desk in the lobby the whole time, never moving once. Then, when I wanted to day how great the banker was, she just hit me with a cold "OK, great. Have a nice day." I will always recommend this branch because the EMPLOYEES are amazing, but if this is how the manager is going to be, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
