    The woman who worked with us was very helpful & super nice. Unfortunately we didnt get her name, but she helped my daughter switch over her accounts prior to her turning 18. This is my local office and this was the first time, we had someone so helpful & nice!

    In person to make a transfer ( always do banking online or on ATM ) last week. Tellers were unhelpful, rude and dismissive . One teller not involved came over and told me to “get out” 😂 Service workers at this branch have no customer skills. 30 years a customer. Will never step foot in this branch! Never contacted by TD after I reported. No costumer service!

    Thank you for taking care of me and understanding I wanted a checking account deposit! Other TD bank nearly messed that up.

    Employee was not wearing mask inside the branch. She said it was because she had been on the phone, except I saw her with under her nose when I first began standing in line (so complete B. S. answer). Had to go into the branch because I waited in the drive thru for quite a while, I thought going in would be quicker, but it's not worth the risk, stay out.
