- AAA. AdlerOct 18, 20251.0Chronically understaffed. Waits of 20-30 minutes in line on Saturday mornings are routine. I’m in line inside now, been here 15 minutea wirh many people still before me, and I can see 8 cars lined up at drivethrough. Because other local WF branches have been closed and few have Saturday hours, there are routine long waits and no good branch alternatives. Staff is always polite but they need to shell out for increased staff. I continue to maintain one inherited account at Wells Fargo, but all of my other banking is done elsewhere, PNC and TD, which have better staffing and expanded opem hours.
- DHDani H.Oct 14, 20251.0I cant stand this location..long wait times, and one time I waited in line so long to get a document notorized ..finally its my turn and didnt realize I had to sign in front of him so instead of letting me know I could just go to ups store located next door to reprint a fresh copy he just let me leave smh not familiar with the area I stumbled across it going to my car and Im like wow its literally next door he could've told that! So I go there make fresh copy, come back to bank to another long freaking line now I have an attitude bc the teller is having long conversations with every customer and the line is so long ugh

- TCTab ClnDec 2, 20241.0BEWARE OF THIS BANK THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A COUNTERFEIT $100 BILL. -I recently switched employers and was waiting for my direct deposit to kick in with my bank, so I decided to use Wells Fargo to cash my check since it would be cheaper than going to a check-cashing agency because their name was on my checks. Long story short, on one occasion they provided me with a counterfeit $100 bill, and now they are refusing to refund me or conduct a proper investigation."
