- AAA. AdlerOct 18, 20251.0Chronically understaffed. Waits of 20-30 minutes in line on Saturday mornings are routine. I’m in line inside now, been here 15 minutea wirh many people still before me, and I can see 8 cars lined up at drivethrough. Because other local WF branches have been closed and few have Saturday hours, there are routine long waits and no good branch alternatives. Staff is always polite but they need to shell out for increased staff. I continue to maintain one inherited account at Wells Fargo, but all of my other banking is done elsewhere, PNC and TD, which have better staffing and expanded opem hours.

I was turned away from being able to speak with a banker about the status of my account because "he was going to be a while with his appointment". The female assistant spoke for Antoine(may be incorrect spelling, but they refused to let me see him today, so I'm not sure what how it's spelled). The funniest part is that his "long appointment" walked in after me and ended up leaving right after me as I got back into my car with my son. This is the same banker that literally JUST got back into the store off of an undeserved break. Very shameful and unproductive behavior on behalf of the Wells Fargo "assistant". I didn't think to ask for her name, because she wasn't interested in continuing her conversation with me. I don't have much money right now as it is, so I'm just going to close my account and steer people away from your services. Clearly you don't care about people who fall on hard times, so I'll find a company that does. I truly wish the worst for you for treating me like this in a rough time. This message is not directed at Antoine, as I was refused the ability to speak to him and gather his opinion of the situation.
