Was told that they would call me before the end of the day on 9/4 and they never did. This is not the first time that the employees or their manager has done this to me. They don’t help and whenever something happens with my money they tell me they can’t help me. They would rather watch you go to another bank.

When that customer had to make a phone call, she came over to help me at the counter. Ms. Gibson could have just waited and overlooked me standing there, but chose to take the extra step to help me. It is this type of customer service, which will make me come back to this branch more often.
