- AQAnn QuadeDec 23, 20252.0I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for 17 years. Sunday I took money out of ATM at this branch. One of the 20 dollar bills have a 1/4 missing. I took it here to get another 20 in exchange. I was told by the manager he could not accept because on of the serial numbers missing and gave me a website to send my 20 in and get a new one. I am a senior citizen and at Christmas time my money has to last me till next month on the 15th. Why couldn’t he give me a 20 and he send the money to the website? Merry Christmas😔

- BHBrittany HewittAug 8, 20251.0Wells Fargo just lost two customers after my interaction here. I came to the branch to transfer money from one account to another. I tried to do it online via Zelle, but the daily limit was lower than the amount I needed to transfer causing me to have to visit this location. I was told that I’m not allowed to withdraw from one account and deposit in another and that I would have to purchase a certified check for $10 or purchase three checks for $3. I find this hard to believe because if I walked in the door with cash, I doubt they would have told me I couldn’t deposit it. I was forced to spend $3 just to simply transfer money from my account to a family member’s. This is simply bad business and a major inconvenience. I asked the person assisting me how to close my account and he clearly didn’t care that I would be because he told me to transfer my money out and call the number on the back of my card to close the account. He made no attempt to make the situation better. Because of this both myself and my family member are closing our accounts. I can’t imagine it was worth losing two customers who have had accounts for 30+ years over $3.
