I came in simply asking a question about how to replace a debit card, because god forbid I have a bank question and go to the bank, and without even trying to hear me they were extremely dismissive and just told me to call and do it online, which is FINE but they were so rude and didn't want to help.. which is their job. If I have to call and do everything online why are there even people working in the bank lol

This has disrupted local small businesses, especially "The Lido". Is this Your idea of fostering harmony in the community. Rest assured, I WILL NOT be doing business with Your bank!!!

Their delay prevented me from closing on our first home. Don't trust this bank with time sensitive transactions.
