- PTPro TechNov 9, 20211.0Today, I opened up business account in this location, There is an old lady here at the first club, do not even go there ask for help , she took whole-day for open an account and I told her I kind of getting late I have to go, she started yelling et me and called me hell, instead of my name what kind of customer service and representative that calling your customer as hell, she need to be retired already for long time ego, and she didn’t enroll activated my account username is wrong whatever she puts in there, I had to call the customer service to fix it, terrible service don’t recommend anyone to come here
