Earlier my father and uncle came into the bank to make a loan payment. For some reason the attendant (not gonna specify her name) that was supposed to provide them a service didn’t. She tried to justify herself to reject the service due to being acquainted with my uncle and other personal reasons she could not provide them the service. My uncle and dad came to the bank as customers who needed someone to attend them. The manager was there and did not do anything to tell the attendant to provide them the service. Including she told the manager very personal reasons from the past that has nothing to do with her personally as to why she couldn’t attend them. What is unfair is that there was a person near them that was familiar with their attendant. The other attendant that knew the customer personally and did not reject to provide the customer the service. Apparently they were told there is a policy to not attend people you personally know but it is unfair as they saw the other customer and attendant interact. This is very unprofessional to reject a service because it should have nothing to do with her from the personal reasons she provided… it is her job to be professional and not be involved in peoples personal life’s respectfully. Using other peoples personal life’s as a way to justify rejecting giving customers service needs improvement for maturity, and professionalism. Seeing these reviews demonstrates space for improvement in this specific location with providing service to their customers!

Today, I visited this location today and I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members at the service window her name is Jessica She refused to assist me, saying that because she knew me as her ex-aunt's husband and her Cousin father she couldn't help me. Curiously, another employee was helping another customer and They personally knew each other and even talked about their past life’s moments before. This felt discriminatory and very unprofessional.
To make matters worse, Manager was in front and did nothing about it , they just started laughing instead of addressing the issue.
Such behavior from bank staff and management is unacceptable. I hope the bank takes this seriously and ensures fair and respectful treatment for all customers.

I’ve visited this Wells Fargo not to long ago, and I wanted some advice and help on how to open a Checking account and Savings account. So, Im glad that this bank was able to take me as a walk-in. The Banker Miguel Rodriguez was able to assist me and explained to me the steps on how to open the accounts and what documents I needed, as well the benefits of what each account does!
He was very detailed on explaining, and answered all my questions with confidence! I really appreciate bankers like him, because he really makes this banking experience wonderful!
