I lost my debit card on Friday and, although I don’t live near this branch, I happened to be in the area for work and decided to stop by on Saturday to obtain a replacement card. From the moment I walked in, the experience was negative. The greeter — a young woman with facial piercings — had an unprofessional attitude. When I politely explained that I was there to replace my debit card, she simply said, “Go sit down,” without any acknowledgment or assistance. To be fair, I was helped shortly after, and I understand it was close to closing time. However, the assistant manager who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She questioned why I was in the area based on the address on my ID — a completely inappropriate and unnecessary comment. This interaction left me very disappointed. I’ve always chosen TD because of its outstanding customer service, but this branch completely failed to uphold that standard. I will not be returning to this location
