  Where do I start. My best friend and I went here so she could open an account and we were told that the people who open accounts were not there? Huh? The teller told us to open the account online. Fine. My friend is over 65 and not good with technology so I helped her open it. So, on Friday 12/26/25 she took an Uber to this bank and arrived around 4:25 pm. She was trying to withdrawal money that she needed to go buy a car and was told her account was frozen. When she asked the teller why she stated she didn't know? Huh? How do you not know. The manager came over and she asked him why her account was frozen and he also laughed and said I don't know. At that point it was 5 of 5pm and they close at 5. They threw her out of the bank and made her stand outside in a snow storm in below freezing temperatures to wait for another Uber. She is a disabled 65 year old woman. When the bank closed and the employees left they all walked right by her giggling and laughing amongst each other not even acknowledging her. Appalling. When she called corporate about her "frozen" account they stated that her account was never frozen. The employees lied to my friend because they didn't want to actually work because they were in such a rush to leave the bank at 5pm. My friend got a horrible flu with a high fever from being forced to wait in a snow storm in below freezing temperatures. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. Don't waste your time here. They are beyond horrible for the treatment they gave my friend.

  I went to the ATM this morning at a little after 11:00 am. There was no money on the kiosk and it looked like it was closed on the inside. I don't get it. Does customer service cut into bank bonuses? Is the only Wells Fargo Bank in Gloucester County now on Rt. 42?

  $10 charge to cash a check and 2 forms of ID and then being highly restrictive and specific about what forms of ID. I should not have to go back home to fetch my passport to cash a check. Having the teller tell me to go to my own bank when leaving is priceless. What a ridiculous bank.

  don’t bank with wells fargo. All they do is entrap you. tell me how i paid over $700 on my credit card bill last month and my total owed is actually $3 more than it was last month. they do not care about their customers. GO TO TD BANK
