    You call 45 minutes hour before they close and they answer the phone and hang up ! , time to switch banks !

    By far the slowest bank inside and drive thru. Drive thru wait could be up to a 20 minute wait (1 car in front of me). Sometimes you just wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, and frequently no one is being waited on inside at the time. Often people get out of the drive thru lane to go inside because the wait is so long. Perhaps hiring more staff would be the answer, one person working both drive thru and waiting on customers inside is clearly not working.

    When my account was hacked and all my money was taken, I was told that I wasn't guaranteed to get my money back. They seemed bored with me and took their time while I was panicking. They left me without a penny for over two weeks. Completely unprofessional and I can't express how glad I am that I left this bank.
