- DCDenise CoganJan 19, 20231.0I went to and change my name. I walked in literaly right after they unlocked the door to open ar 9am. When i walked in there were 3 bankers at desks and 2 tellers. There were NO customers other then me. I told them i needed to change my last name. I was told i had to make an appoiintment and no one was available till 2pm. I looked around confused because no one was there. They asked if i wanted to make an appointment and i said no. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I WILL NEVER USE WELLS FARGO AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT Recommend THEM TO ANYONE. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE. EXTREAMLY DISAPPOINTED

- DMDavid MFeb 18, 20191.0I've had this same checking account through multiple bank acquisitions: Meridian, First Union, Core States and then unfortunately, Wells Fargo. The other banks that preceded Wells Fargo treated their customers with dignity and respect and I never had a problem with them. EVER. Before the giant fiasco that destroyed Wells Fargo's reputation, I was victimized by a opportunistic bank employee at this branch who in his sheer greed at getting a commission, signed me up for their Enhanced Theft Protection Program. Ironic, since they essentially robbed ME! I cancelled that BS shortly after, but NOW I do NOT trust anyone at Wells Fargo in Gibbsboro, NJ and will ONLY bank online, by phone or use their ATM! That's it! I will NOT go inside their branch and get attacked by crazed vultures again!! Once my credit card balance is paid down, I'll be switching banks! That day can't come soon enough!!
