They need more tellers plain and simple, the single teller line has been 10+ people each visit I’ve done over the last year. You’re waiting in the drive thru too as it’s normally around ten cars deep. The manager tried to help the desk but there’s only so much he can help with while juggling a host of tasks. The service desks are also normally pretty slim on staffing too. I have a much more pleasant experience in Absecon.
