  Today was the second time in recent history that I have had an unnecessary negative experience trying to make a simple transaction at this Bank. The tellers here have gotten very invasive unnecessarily with privacy and over "authenticating" and they are extremely slow. Every time I've been here recently for a very simple transaction, im sitting at the drive through for a minimum of 10 minutes, even when no other customers are there. The first time they bothered me was when I withdrew $5,000 from my own account and they wouldn't allow me to make the withdrawal until I told them what I was using the money for. None of your damn business. And today, the second instance, I was just trying to cash 2 coin rolls, after waiting there for literally 10 minutes, instead of coming back with the money, they come back and ask me for my debit card. I said "why do I need my debit card to cash 2 coin rolls" and the teller responds "for authentication purposes". What the hell are you authenticating? So I told her if im going to give you my debit card then i want the money just deposited into my account at that point. Then she has the audacity to send me back a deposit slip..... FOR 2 COIN ROLLS. I've never had so much trouble trying to cash a few coin rolls ever at any bank. So i just took my rolls back, went to the td down the street and had a much more pleasant normal experience, reinforcing the fact that all of this extra stuff that this Bank is trying to do is unnecessary and more than just "standard protocol". Ill be switching my banking location, because i dont appreciate a bank that tries to demand invading my privacy unnecessarily as well as a bank that wastes so much of my time and makes simple transactions take way longer than they should, while being a lot more complicated and frustrating than they should. Ridiculous

  I would like it More if the associate had some character and was honest. My Partner had went to this TD to acquire a loan to consolidate debts around 12 p.m on Nov 1st. Personally I had to call my current banking to Flag my account. I panicked so I froze all my credit scores from each credit bureau. Iv been a victim of fraud, unfortunately. Can’t you blame me to panic. I’m more made that the bank advisor said he can still apply to me to acquire a loan. #1. we asked to to have a joint loan. #2. We did not acquire a link for ether of us to add a borrower #3. I called my credit company to unfreeze my score and credit. I asked the associate at the desk if I could. If you didn’t have the patience you could of been professional and told us “ maybe get that fixed first and come back” I unfroze Equifax aware TD does Equifax and Experian. I was rejected by Experian. Interesting .. you all play games. This location BS and a waste of time. So you walk into the doors the first desk you see in Right. Yea avoid him, no character no moral. Have a great day.

  Although it goes "most convenient" The most inconvenient part is when employee of said establishment tells you" You can not remove 5000$ from your business account." Okay,No problem....... 3000$ of my families hard earned money in my hand right now please.I will settle maybe I ll call ahead next time.No big deal.STILL I GET NOTHING Oh wait your a bank and your hours clearly state drive thru open 8am WHY OPEN AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
