  Terrible experience. I am an account holder of multiple years and high net worth (more than half a million) individual. Unfortunately you cannot give less than one star in google. First thing is mobile app experience is terrible with very limited filter, search functionality and can only go back limited days. US bank apps have much better mobile app experience. I was suggesting improvements and then the lady at desk says "customer should be on top of their accounts and don't need to go back in history".. Laughable answer. She seemed to have only one answer.. I don't have access, you need to call TD customer service (she is forgetting the fact that she is also part of customer service.. not a smart individual). If I have to make a call, no point having physical location. I take my valuable time off to make a visit to bank because of urgency to resolve an issue. I don't get amusement wasting my time and bank employee time. Hope they understand that before receiving a customer with happy face. Apparently tellers have more access (to order cheques, I have to stand in line again because she dont have access to order cheques.. sounds funny).. By the way, while waiting in chair, chase bank will walk upto you to take you to their desk.. in TD bank freehold, she was calling me across the room from her desk (while sitting).. Soon they will be losing a customer. No wonder why this place has a rating of below 3. If you are happy with TD bank, May be goto another branch to maintain your sanity.

  They do not answer the phone called 5 times in a row after an incorrect drive deposit that took them for a simple transaction over 15 minutes while i inquired why it took so long they stated the person was new yet the other drive line which was after me went by in record timing mind you I mentioned I had my child in the car absolutely disgusting customer service at this branch! Training is not done on drive I worked in a bank this branch needs better management on all fronts!!!

  The atm has eaten my card for the third time at this location. The atms are either eating cards or are down. They never have a sign on which one isn’t working and are no help when there is a problem with the machine.

  Great location, very friendly and helpful staff! Needed to straighten out an issue with my card and they were able to quickly resolve it and send me on my way!

  Can not believe the branch still was not plowed out this morning at 8:15am. No plows there all weekend despite Bank across the street, shopping plaza across the street, and banks down the street all having been plowed. For such a well known bank, they really dropped the ball on this.
