- AAAndeFeb 18, 20204.0The employees are very helpful and pleasant, but there are several downsides to this bank. You cannot make deposits at the ATM at all. You can deposit checks using the mobile app, but if you need to deposit cash you have to go to one of the two branches during bank hours. Another is the online access to your account. I can only view the past month of transactions on the web - nothing older than that. The staff are more than willing to run a transaction summary for a given month for you, but it's not nearly as easy as looking it up online.
