- HMHassan Merchant6 days ago1.0☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable and reckless behavior by TD Bank staff. The ATM at the Franklin Park location stole $1,000 and then another $50 from my account without dispensing a single dollar. I immediately went inside to warn employees and even parked in front of the machine so they could block it and put a sign up to stop others from getting robbed. Instead of helping, an employee rudely ordered me to move my car. No sign was posted, no urgency, no responsibility taken. As a result, more customers after me had the exact same problem and lost money too. This is not a “machine issue” — this is staff negligence. People trust banks with their money, and this branch completely failed.

Go to any other bank, they have loads of customers and they always have more than 2 people always helping customers. And lines are always moving fast. I waited here for 30 minutes and the teller helped only 1 customer.

- CDChandan DuttaNov 26, 20252.0Opened our accounts more than couple of decades ago when this was the Commerce Bank, closest to where we live and also open 7 days a week. They closed down the free coin counting and conversion to notes machine. Now, appears that the walk up ATM is mostly out of service whenever I go for the last couple of months; either ATM is down frequently or down for a long time. I have not tried the Drive Thru teller or ATM.
