  Unprofessional and disrespectful employees , add on it lazy especially the young ones ar the drive through, except of only one , a middle aged woman They don’t value customers, no courtesy treatment, and when you call the manager, he would not even try fix the problem. Today the employee was not there at the drive through, and when I came she was chewing whatever she was eating, not happy that I interrupted her meal, I had like 25 checks. She wanted me to sit and add them one by one and give her the sums, because simply she is not interested. I was upset, I asked for my checks have, drove to oakland branch and happily the girl there deposited smoothly without any disrespect, actually she was smiling all the time . But to tell you the truth I am going to close my account, because I had enough of this branch .

  Franklin branch No Drive up window for last two weeks sign say use lobby But you can’t use the lobby because it’s LUNCHTIME. Bank is COMPLETELY closed had to make deposit to pay off bills drove 15 miles to bank for nothing in one of these reviews someone said bank is 100% USELESS and they are CORRECT call before you waste Gas and Time calling corporate STOP HIRING SNOW FLAKES to do nothing for a paycheck. Should close down by end of August. USELESS BANK and 0 stars not even 1
