I jumped out of my car with my phone to get some money. This Wells Fargo ATM offered a door that opened only with my bank card and not my app. I tried and it didn’t work. I waited for 5 mins for a patron to exit so that I can enter and use the ATM. This lady blocked me and pulled the door closed saying I need a bank car. I was left in super shock & also upset that this branch didn’t allow me access using my WF app. In this AI age we have entered in—-> this proved to be very backwards & inconvenient.
