  I cannot say enough that this bank is by far the worst bank I ever had two encounter or deal with the amount of money I’ve had missing misplaced always excuses from everywhere but nothing gets done nothing gets figured out VALLY is back in the 80s they are not updated every time you call no one listens to you on the phone I’ve changed my address in the branch and it’s still done wrong anytime you have a question nobody knows the answer You file a complaint never gets read you file a dispute it gets written wrong you ask questions everyone says I don’t know it’s ridiculous and the fact is that the bank steals peoples money I have proof it’s done to me they steal your money they just do it in such a perfect micro way that you can’t tell but if you pay attention You catch it and if I’m one imagine how many others there like me people don’t listen and your money gets taken from you and nobody cares the dispute team oh my God talk about horrendous horrific people they don’t check their emails they don’t do nothing and they just deny your dispute and say nothing was wrong when there’s 1 million things wrong And if you have to hire an attorney to your bank what does that say time to get a bank so I advise everyone go somewhere else anywhere OK get the green dot at WALGREENS online bank is better than VALLY this is a atrocious atrocious horrible no words I’m just finishing up my issues and I’m going to another bank if I could save someone a headache that I’ve had then my job is done but just go somewhere else

  Closing too early, ATM is not 24/7, and they are not professionally trained April 2025 update, they will increase minimum balance to void monthly fee from $200 to $500 in June so, I want to close account, this bank is only headache and useless, I called the customer service because I have couple of questions before close the account, I was told they will call me back, and they never call me back for last 2 days. What a great service
