The process took longer than expected but she was so patient, thorough, and professional despite having to stay longer after the bank closed. It was a pleasure and a blessing to have her open new accounts for our family. Also, Ms. Yenifer Tineo, the bank teller, patiently waited for us to open our new accounts so that we could deposit some checks. She was also so warm and understanding despite having to stay after her work shift to assist us for which we are very grateful.

It took over a week for me to get my money and a Banker kept on accusing me three times and asking am I sure that I did not take the money out. 7 minutes after I left after making the deposit. The manager was very helpful and professional. Others we really need to be trained on how to speak to people and treat people

On top of that, I had several unexpected charges on my account that no one could explain properly. The service was slow, and I didn’t feel like they valued me as a customer. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank.
