The process took longer than expected but she was so patient, thorough, and professional despite having to stay longer after the bank closed. It was a pleasure and a blessing to have her open new accounts for our family. Also, Ms. Yenifer Tineo, the bank teller, patiently waited for us to open our new accounts so that we could deposit some checks. She was also so warm and understanding despite having to stay after her work shift to assist us for which we are very grateful.
