One day, I tried to withdraw $5,000, but they only let me take out $2,000, claiming they didn't have enough money. Additionally, one evening, my account was overdrafted, and even though I went to the bank first thing in the morning to deposit money, they wouldn't waive the fee. The head office and the branch kept passing the responsibility to each other without any callbacks. This was my first time experiencing such an issue. They are also extremely rude, scolding their staff harshly in front of customers, which was embarrassing for me to witness. Do not use this bank. It's absurd that a bank provides such poor service that customers can't even access their own money promptly.
