- JKJae KimNov 28, 20235.0I needed some assistance with a banking issue and happened to just run into an Assistant V.P. at the bank. While I'm pretty sure it was not her job to help me, she nonetheless took the time to figure out what I needed and how to get it accomplished. I wish I caught her name; and if I could, I would give that lady an extra gold star for all her help. It very much appreciated!

There is no clear sign not to park there, it’s a plaza parking, when you try to park close to the bank a “security” come to you and tells you not to park there, again no signs are present, when asked where are the signs the security points to a sign 7 spots away, this is a bank that can not afford proper signs but hires a security personal. I have casked the policy, explained the situation and was told, I can not be towed if sign does not clear says where one can not park. Basically you can not park where the sign is other spots are free to park. I come to this plaza often and if this happens again will call the police and file a harassment report.
