- EMEva MorrisseyDec 7, 20251.0I went in on Sunday December 7th at 11am when the bank opened. I had an issue with fraud on my account and after calling I was told to go to the branch. After waiting 20 mins to be helped, keep in mind there was only 2 people working, and the other girl that was working behind the counter was being trained, I was told by the assistant manager that she couldn’t help me and I had to go to another branch. While explaining what happened, she was not empathetic and kept saying “mhm, mhm” like she was waiting for me to be finished talking to tell me she can’t help me. She told me she couldn’t help me bc she had a call out and the girl she was working with was training and she had a long line. She was very rude and I’m not sure how she could be an assistant manager to begin with. Her customer service was horrible. I ended up going to the bayville location and I worked with Isabella who was very helpful.
