    I received horrible service today with Mariam. I was flat out denied service before having the chance to clearly state what I needed. Bough two checks and was told I couldnt cash out, was told i could not transfer, When I asked why, she said because you dont have the full balance in your account? Who said i wanted to cash out the full balance. When it was clarified that I only wanted to take it 50 immediatly she told me I had to go to the atm machine. what a lazy teller. all the other transactions she told me to do via the mobile app. I ended up missing lunch on break because she would not process this up front as if it was above her. I ended up coming back to be fully serviced at the next desk. As I was explaining what happened to the teller, Mariam comes out from the back and starts arguing "I didnt say this i didnt say that, and you didnt ask for this" Highly rude, forgetful and unprofessional. What a disgrace to have to put up with this at a bank around the HOLIDAYS. This woman has no sense of customer service.

    It's always nice to have a Bank that's open 7 days a week, super convenient with the ATM and no fees on the ATM card. They feel more local than they do national, but with national benefits.
