  Don’t pay attention to that review Alex gave! If there’s anything good about this branch, it’s definitely Eleazar! Every time i’ve gone to this bank, Eleazar is the one that helps me. And i feel like he’s always there too. He’s so friendly and patient with me and my transactions. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because of how good Eleazar really is. He definitely deserves a raise!

  It used to be the same people working here, they knew you when you walked in and would always help. Now the staff keeps turning over and non of them are friendly. There is zero customer service in this branch. They can’t even answer a question without an appointment. The manager, Angel, does absolutely nothing, can’t even close an account for you, let alone speak to you. Eleazar is constantly rude. I’ve had issues with him before and had to contact corporate multiple times due to him being disrespectful to me and not helpful. He made the entire branch gang up and me and the entire staff choose not to help me after he told them to not help me today.It’s crazy to be treated this way when you have accounts with your money in them. So I will be closing all 4 accounts with them and take my business elsewhere. Train your staff on customer service and to actually work not just stand around with each other. I came here because of something they did wrong last week, so it should be something they fix immediately because the transaction wasn’t even legal.

  Great people but horrible staffing by management. Never more than one teller to help a line of clients. Always a longer wait than it should be.

  Walked in with my infant child to no greeting even though TWO advisors were helping a customer right in front of me. I waited 5 mins before a teller finally asked what I needed to which I told her to open a new account for my daughter. She told me to have a seat and wait. Another 10 mins goes by and finally one of the advisors acknowledges me. He tells me its gonna be another 15 to 20 mins before they can help me and the account will take 45mins to open. That was a complete lie and I said that as I've opened and have 3 different accounts with wells fargo and the guy gave me some ridiculous excuse about a change in systems. Went to my old branch and they confirmed he was def lying. Awful place!!! Will never go there again.
