- KKKathleen KDec 13, 20241.0Horrible experience. They are always understaffed (1 teller) with very long waits while the other employees hide in their empty offices. The manager shows no interest in helping even though customers are visibly unhappy. They called me to say I left my credit card at branch so I drove back to pick it up, and the manager said I had to wait in a very long line just for them to hand it to me. I told him to cut up the card and immediately took my business to TD Bank.

The teller Eleazar was nothing but helpful and gave me no trouble withdrawing an above average amount of coins. I went after the lunch rush was gone and had all of a 20 second wait as well.
