- KGKimberly GuevaraJan 6, 20261.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I live in Frenchtown and I also regularly visit the TD Bank in Clinton and Branchburg. I have never experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism that I encountered here. The customer service representative was dismissive and rude, but even worse was the manager — a thin woman who was pedantic, arrogant, negligent, and openly disrespectful. My issue was not resolved at all, and there was no effort, empathy, or accountability shown. Immediately after, I went to the Clinton, where I was treated like a queen — with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. The same as always happened in Frenchtown. My transaction was completed quickly and politely, thankfully. This contrast makes it very clear that the problem at the Flemington branch is staff-related, starting with management. I truly hope TD Bank reviews and replaces the personnel there, beginning with the manager, because this level of service is unacceptable and damages the bank’s reputation. I would strongly recommend visiting the Clinton or Frenchtown locations instead.

- BEBreak Away EntertainmentDec 30, 20252.0Recently got rolls of quarters from here and they do not check them when someone exchanges them in. I opened the quarters and found some nickels in between the quarters. Check your rolls before you leave so you don't get short changed like I did.
