I have held an account with your bank for over 18 years—I am not a new customer. However, I was treated with disrespect and lack of courtesy during my visit. The staff spoke to me in an unnecessarily loud and condescending tone, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. What was most upsetting was the noticeable shift in attitude once they heard me and my companion speaking Spanish. Their tone became harsher, and the overall interaction turned cold and dismissive. It is extremely disheartening to still experience this kind of discriminatory behavior in 2025. This branch is conveniently close to my home, yet I now avoid going because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I feel each time I visit. It’s a shame that a place that should offer support instead leaves customers feeling humiliated. I sincerely hope this message is taken seriously and leads to real action. All customers deserve respectful, fair treatment—regardless of the language they speak.
