- LLlois laylorJul 16, 20255.0I have been to plenty of TD Banks in my lifetime, but there was something about this one. Everyone there was super warm, polite, friendly, and very helpful. There was one person that really stood out, Michele Berg. Michele went above and beyond for me. What usually takes 3 to 5 business days, she had it expedited and approved by the next day for me. Michele, YOU ARE THE BEST! What’s crazy is the TD Bank I usually go to tried to help me back in April of this year. To this day I’m still waiting. They never completed the process that I needed. I still never even received a call back. Thanks to Michele, everything was done in one day. ❤️

- LLLivlongMar 13, 20211.02 years ago, I tried to deposit a home insurance claim check. This branch gave me a hard time about it but the one in Scotch Plains accepted it without a problem. Today, I called in advance to see if this branch could print out tax statements that got lost. They said yes. I arrived to the branch and they didn’t let me in. They said I needed to make an appointment to get the tax statements. Again, I went to the one on Scotch Plains and they accommodated me without any trouble. I’m done with the Fanwood branch.
