    I’ve been a TD customer for over a decade with multiple business and personal accounts, but the Fairfield branch has been a nonstop headache. You can call them repeatedly and no one answers the phone. When you go in person, you sit for nearly an hour because only one person handle s wires. Then when you call back to follow up, somehow another hour passes before the branch “approves” anything. Emails go unanswered. The only way to get an update is to leave your office and physically show up again. Today was unbelievable. I got so fed up that I sent the exact same wire through my Schwab account and it went out in 15 minutes. No excuses. No runaround. No stress. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Meanwhile, TD still couldn’t move the wire. And when I asked the Fairfield branch to cancel their pending one so I could take control of the situation, they left me stuck and said it couldn’t be canceled. I literally had to send the wire twice just to get my closing done. This branch treats time sensitive situations with a totally laissez-faire attitude. On a Friday afternoon at 2:15 PM before an urgent closing, “it could take a few hours” is not an answer. I’ve been loyal to TD for 10+ years, but this branch needs real oversight. I truly hope someone in management sees this and reaches out, because this should never happen to any customer—let alone one who has trusted TD with multiple accounts for years.

    One of the worst banks that I’ve ever dealt with. We have a non profit / business account and every time we go there it’s at least a 30 to 40 minute wait just for someone to acknowledge you. I’ve had with this bank and as soon as our CDs come to term. I will definitely get my associates to move all of our accounts to a different bank.
