- JSJessica SimApr 17, 20245.0I bought my first condo with not too great real estate agent and bad attorney who refuse to work with clients (real estate agent pushing me to work with broker who gave me very high interest rate, real estate agent recommending lawyer Saige Ferentinos who went on vacation for 2 weeks right after contracting with me when I have to close less than 30 days, pushing responsibilities to each other, can’t retrieve documents saying I have to get all documents, and my condo managers not giving me easy time getting documents) so I thought I would have hard time. But Jorge Londono from Columbia bank and Linda from underwriting team helped me greatly, I don’t think I could’ve closed on time without them. Jorge banker went beyond and above his work hours to help me get documents and contact my lawyers, real estate agent, other related people. He made sure I get what I needed and gave me constant updates. Columbia bank gave me a great interest rate as a first time home buyer and Jorge did his best to ease home buying process. I want to give thanks to Columbia bank, Jorge, and Linda for hard work.
