This is the only branch in America who loves to send their customers back.Since I manage a business (domino's) in Fairlawn we need to go through a lot of change If we call the bank for change they tell us to write it on a paper if we send it written another representative tells us to call before coming and sends the person back. All other banks enters the account number if the stores forget human the whole deposit is sent back however this doesn't happen in the other locations where they do not write the account number but deposit the amount without letting us know the account number.

I just moved from other town and wanted to get some paperwork done. A lady told me to leave detail so manager can call. The manager called but she did not sound courteous. It was like the bank is doing favor to us for being bank rather than the customers doing favor. She told me she has so many appointment, so cannot commit time. They also charge for the service. Went to the other bank I do business with and the request was taken care of on the same day even though the manger seemed really busy. Also, it was done free.
