I came here to change my loan account and auto pay. The teller and manager did not know how to do anything and proceeded to tell me to use an online account to do auto pay. Excuse Ms. I don't want to use an online account to setup auto pay. I proceeded to ask for the bankers name, but no one wanted to tell me. Eventually I called my town branch and they helped me through the phone as I used the facilities equipment to DO EVERYTHING MYSELF.
