The teller and manager did not know how to do anything and proceeded to tell me to use an online account to do auto pay. Excuse Ms. I don't want to use an online account to setup auto pay. I proceeded to ask for the bankers name, but no one wanted to tell me. Eventually I called my town branch and they helped me through the phone as I used the facilities equipment to DO EVERYTHING MYSELF. Good bye Valley National Bank, I will be taking everything to Bank of America.
