I lost my debit card (this has never happened to me before) and the bank charged me $32 to send me a new one on an expedited basis. The bank makes far more money on my balances than this. With all of the banking options today, I would never recommend this bank to anyone. This is no the fault of the branch, but the bank. Stay away from this bank.
