Extremely slow customer service, this branch seems to be very unorganized !

Worse baking experience ever. Staff was fine but manager Nedje Cineus was absolutely unprofessional and tedious. Felt like she was trying to give me everything the bank had to offer, after telling her that “I’m fine” multiple times. I just come in and do quicker transactions and don’t want to be interrogated

I went there to close an account and left wishing that I hadn’t. I met Justin Hickey, great guy.

My father passed away and they helped me every step of the way while dealing with his account. I am very grateful for how nice and patient the staff were.
