The service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I haven't moved my accounts yet because the service at the Quakertown PA location is outstanding. I will most likely move my accounts in the new year. Very disappointed!

Walked into this branch office to ask a question. Everybody's head down looking at the phone. No customers. 2 guys were looking at me like what do you want and why are you here.
I had to initiate the conversation. No hello no nothing. I never have this kind of unwelcome attitude from any banks but this one.

Very unprofessional, if you call this branch they will tell you they’re too busy to assist you, and will hang up! I wish I could give no stars but it’s not a option

These people keep calling me looking for someone named Elizabeth who apparently gave them my number. I have asked them a million times to remove me and they refuse to and just continuously call and leave voicemails.
