    Tyrone White I was very condescending and rude employee. He would not allow me to cash an escrow check from my closing even if I opened an account at td bank. No wonder this bank is closing branches and has no customers at the branch. The worst bank experience I've ever had. I love my bank of America branch they never give me a run around or any problems

    I don’t think I have ever had a good experience here I sometimes drive over to the one in the town over just because they are a pain to work with, the amount of times I go in there and they have seen me they wouldn’t take my cash deposit and it was because my ID expired a few days prior and I’m waiting for my updated on in the mail, the other Td bank i go too doesn’t even ask me for my ID anymore because they know me. I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews but when I went to leave this one and I saw the 2.2 star review I just chuckled because it all made sense. A company like Td can afford better infrastructure and better employees. Also hire more people all your branches have long lines. You can afford it.

    Unfortunately, the Manager of TD Bank at the branch located in Olden Trenton, New Jersey, has terrible service. She thinks she owns the money. When someone comes to withdraw money, she always finds an excuse, like I have three businesses and my other partners also have their business accounts. She refuses to give the money, unless it's for one reason or another. She always says, "I don't know if it's because we're Hispanic or what her problem is." Unfortunately, my friends and I with business accounts are thinking of changing banks because of this bad service that has happened more than once.
