  So apparently you need to have an account here to cash a check over 2500 I tend to stay away from predatory banks and considering they will be shutting down multiple TD Banks in New Jersey I'll deposit my check into My No Fee checking account good riddance to those awful green pens and nasty lollipops

  I had a very serious situation that had a very negative effect on running my business but I had such wonderful and amazing help through the assistant branch manager Elhamy Ibrahim as he took care of the serious situation that had impacted me and my business and did everything he could as he went above and beyond the normal assistance you expect in situations like that and it was so amazing to deal with him as he solved the serious situations I had brought it to his attention. He is a fantastic person and amazing banker as well and you can count on that .

  I'm surprised to read some of the comments. My experience here at the drive up is always friendly and fantastic! Actually this is my favorite bank over the past 30 years of dealing with many different banks!

  Cashier made a comment about the size of the check I was trying to deposit (thanks for the reminder that I only got that because my father died). I accidentally dated it for tomorrow and they wouldn't let me change it and deposit even though it was a check from myself. Have had an account here 20 years, I think it's time to close everything and go elsewhere.

  Not a horrible bank but a few issues: 1. Ask for a few withdrawal slips and they give you 1. They said they are not aloud to give you more then 1 at a time. I like to use the drive through for convenience. Its nice to have your paperwork done before you get to the drive through. Not wait on a line, ask for a slip, fill it out in your car while the line grows behind you. 2. I have a business account here. Again for time and convenience i like the drive through. If you wait on line and deposit over $1000 cash they make u get out of line to come inside so they can count it in front of you. Then you wait on another line inside and they take the money in the back room or the back counter and turn their back on you so you cant see a thing and count it. 3. Having a business I deposit cash on a weekly basis. They charge you what they call a teller fee. When asked what this fee is for? The answer is " it takes time for the teller to count cash". (We are not talking about 100's of thousands here). And aren't the tellers getting paid to take deposits? Im sure the teller does not receive extra money for deposits with $1200 cash in it. 4. Inside the bank always seems to have 3-4 tellers behind the counter and only one helping customers. No wonder there is a line. The Marlboro location seems to be lagging behind most locations.
