It speaks volumes when your loan officer tells you he doesn’t even have this bank as his primary bank. The stuff they do makes no sense. The whole process was frustrating and difficult. Go to Chase instead. It makes zero sense that my “signature” isn’t my actual signature. The whole scheduling process made no sense. The checking account process made no sense. The bank is just small and the quality of service shows for it. The only plus is they had the lowest rate. That’s the only reason I continued with them.
