- BLBoss Mon L.AOct 22, 20251.0Im sorry but this bank sucks. My family members and I have had horrible experiences with this bank this month. And I'm here in the lobby waiting. And I hear other people having similar issues. Don't believe the hype over a big name bank. Other banks have way better customer service. Yall can miss me with the fake smiles and greetings, I'm here for business. If the bank cant handle my business for me then there's nothing to smile about. Tellers sitting around doing nothing instead of meeting customer needs. Got me feeling like a prisoner in my own bank account. Never went through this much trouble, time and effort for one transaction. I used to love this branch, the people are nice. But citibank itself and policies are horrendous. They had my mother crying over the phone because it was so difficult to access her own money. This is too much.

I sat and spoke to Mrs. Hoxha about my account and she listened before she asked questions which was very helpful. She explained things to where they were understandable and not some banking language. She was a very extremely helpful..so thank you to all for a great experience today.

I am an international student and it was my first time opening an account in the US. However, Robert was nothing short of being SUPER helpful and patience - answering all the thousand questions that I had! Robert even went out of the way to teach me how to use the online Citibank website! I really loved how helpful he was and really hope he gets recognized for this!
