  Ive been going to this bank for years. I’ve never encountered a problem with anyone or anything. It is a busy bank and I understand that waiting time happens in busy places. The staff has always been professional and have taken care and handled any situation I’ve presented to them efficiently and in a timely manner.

  Jose should get fired! The site needs to close permanently unless TD realizes Jose has run this place downhill for the past years. My family has used the bank for over a decade and had to close their accounts due to MR. JOSE - America’s most inconvenient bank.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I understand bank rules and will always follow them but the way people treat you here is ridiculous. I brought my mother to make a transaction and when explained the rules we said okay and switched up what we were doing. The bank teller got annoyed that she basically had to actually do her job and help. She huffed and puffed and had a stank face the entire time. She couldn’t even bother with giving us a tracking number for our checks like her coworker told her she should. My family has used this bank for a very long time but this kind of treatment and teller makes you want to switch. It isn’t about the rules but about how people are treated. The bank teller Gina on Tuesday morning definitely should spoken to by management because that is a terrible representation of the bank.
