  Had made an appointment online to meet with a banker. I received a confirmation email. When I got to the bank, a lady came out and told me that they never called to confirm. Told me basically to do things online and in the drive thru. Bad customer service. Bad attitude. Avoid this branch. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 5 years now. The lady at the drive thru was very nice though.

  This Wells Fargo has the worse customer service I have encountered. I simply asked the teller who was taking her time with issuing two certified checks if there was an issue and she became very irritated with my asking and gave me an attitude. Professionalism should always be priority and practiced at all times.

  It’s like they don’t train anyone properly. I drive to this location to go in the drive thru to deposit cash money. I clearly fill out the deposit slips, one for checkings and one for savings. They some how manage to put BOTH transactions in the same account. This angers me because everytime I go there, this alway happens! I literally filled out TWO slips on purpose, right? Other wise I would of just gave you one slip with the whole amount on it. Then I go home to my online banking and have to move the money around myself. My question is why do I have to do this when I drive there purposely for them to do it? And here’s the best part of this whole story. The lady behind the glass window LITERALLY asked me if they were going to different accounts and if she had to separate it or if it was okay if she can put it in one. I told her through the mic that no, I needed them in two separate ones and this happens every single time. The reason why I would ever go here is because it’s the closest one. I’d rather take an extra 15/20 minute drive to the one on St George which is out of my way. I have never had this problem there, and the workers are nicer . As someone who works in customer service for many years now, I can tell you this wholefully. It just seems like everytime I go there, something always goes wrong and I always brush it off because I don’t want to say anything but it’s annoying now. I’m sure they have some good experienced people there.
