- MMMarian ManciniOct 16, 20254.0Staff has been very helpful whenever we go there to do our banking or we have needed financial advice. They have a nice variety of financial products and interest rates are consistently higher than other banks in the area. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their policy that you must bring in new money to get their best interest rates and they really do not reward customer loyalty.

However, about 7 years ago they stopped treating me as a valued person.. They had no more of that home town friendly way. I hope it will get back to normal soon. Things have changed again in my life. I told her nicely that it’s my first time there and she gave me a very, very bad attitude, instead of being nice and polite with me as a customer. Very disappointed

She 1st approach me and asked me did I have a debit card and I looked at her like "What". Then proceed to follow me and stand behind me talking to a lady. Went up to a teller and she watched me the whole time. No reason given ar all. Then when I walked out, she watched me as I got into my car and left... Smh Never again..
