    I've always had to make an appointment, despite there being no customers inside. Occassionally you are met with alot of attitude as well, which is weird if your being nice to begin with. Giving attitude to kind people is wrong, period.

    Staff has been very helpful whenever we go there to do our banking or we have needed financial advice. They have a nice variety of financial products and interest rates are consistently higher than other banks in the area. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is their policy that you must bring in new money to get their best interest rates and they really do not reward customer loyalty.

    I’ve been with Wells since the 1980’s. Always had a great rapport with them. That’s when I had lots of money. However, about 7 years ago they stopped treating me as a valued person.. They had no more of that home town friendly way. I hope it will get back to normal soon. Things have changed again in my life. Money again. We will see

    My first time walked into the bank and I was the only one , right behind me a person passed me and went to the clerk, when I approached the clerk tell her that the person jumped in front of me she told me that I didn’t stay where I supposed to stay. I told her nicely that it’s my first time there and she gave me a very, very bad attitude, instead of being nice and polite with me as a customer. Very disappointed

    This location so far has to be the worse one. Employees show no empathy and manager is as rude as the employees . Very disappointing they turn customers down leaning the bank to lose new clients.
