    I’ve had a really positive experience with Wells Fargo as a prospective client. I was looking to replace my current bank due to the limited services they offer and Wells Fargo surpassed my expectations. My experience was great as I felt supported and respected by the staff, who were friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to walk me through the services and benefits and how to open up an account; the information was clear and simple, which has given me hope and peace of mind for managing my finances. In particular, Abigail Montesdeoca offered genuine assistance and was so friendly when I needed some questions answered. Her professional demeanor and patience was greatly appreciated. Wells Fargo has been reliable, approachable, and easy to work with, and I feel confident continuing to bank with them.

    I tried opening a business account for my son’s vending business and was given the complete runaround. Wells Fargo insisted he needed LLC paperwork, business licenses, and trade name documents that aren’t even required for a sole proprietor. After wasting time and calling multiple times, Chase understood the situation immediately and told him to come in with two forms of ID. That’s it. Chase will get our business because they actually know their own policies. Wells Fargo needs to properly train their staff.
