- JFJohn FordOct 22, 20251.0Horrible bank and horrible customer service. I went there today because I had an overcharge on my debit card. I had the statement of what I was overcharged and my receipt of what I originally charge. The lazy banker just walked up to me in the waiting area and just said you have to contact the business. She was lazy and unprofessional and did absolutely nothing.

I went to open a new account.When I entered the bank one lady came to me asked me how can I help you I said I want to open a new account she’s said every one busy right wait for 10 minutes I said okay, then after 5 minutes one guy came asked me how can I help I said same thing and suddenly that white lady came to us told that guy I’ll take care of him and she told me after he left we don’t have any one to help you right now if you want you can come back tomorrow or some time then I figured out that was kind of Raciest behavior and she was looking at me like criminal and that just two people in the bank not that busy either. she was so rude and very bad behavior and attitude I don’t know her name she’s white lady sitting in the right side of second cabin..

I think they just like to treat their customers like S. The bank need to stop hiring INSANE people and get rid of those already hired. I am lodging a formal complaint with Corporate and I will request a face-to-face meeting with both the manager and the rude officer.
