- JSJessica SantiagoJul 20, 20255.0This bank was soooo wonderful ! I had previously connected with Chris , who mentioned to me all the great perks of having an account with Valley National would be. However, I never really got the opportunity actually go in person and open up an account. It so happened that my sister advised me she was going to meet with her relationship banker Manar , as she is currently a customer of Valley , and i decided to tag along this past weekend. As soon as we walked in Manar was extremely welcoming (he even made me a cup of coffee! Which was super delightful to have early in the AM) Chris and Manar both were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came down to all my questions in regards to ROTH IRA accounts , kids bank accounts , even how i can actually make my money really grow and what the percentage rates were . I rate this place 5 stars because it’s truly what they make it! Thank you guys!

To cash two checks both was a lump sum . Not to mention for them not to have enough money almost not enough to cash the checks . joy say very rude tone do you want the money or not . The teller didn’t have no knowledge of what he was doing to cash the checks that’s where she played a part in … The teller was also asking personal questions like where I worked. I represented my ID for them to still ask me was I even the right person to cash these checks. I was so glad to get out of there with my money. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to no body so sorry I picked this location . happy I got my money got the hell out of there . Not to mention I never even got a receipt for the checks I cash . The bank teller said they don’t do receipts. Disgusting Service my pleasure to leave One star wish I could leave zero
