  I have been dealing with an issue of transactions reporting properly both on the website and in the the mobile app. This has been on going for 1.5 months. Transactions show and then don't show only to reappear again. This is for both the website and the mobile app. The current balance is correct. It leaves me no confidence in the banks reporting and ability to catch and fix issues with their systems. How is someone supposed to tell if there is fraudulent activity on their account with and confidence when the basics of bank reporting can't be handled. The branch office just directs you to the support number for online banking. Which they still don't have an answer for. I will be taking my banking needs to another bank due to this. It's really a shame I have been banking with them for 23 years. However this issue is to large to ignore.

  The Oak Tree road, Edison NJ branch is the worst that I have gone to. Everytime I go into this bank my transaction is 1/2 hr or more and I'm always questioned about my credentials or account. I have been a client at this bank for over 10 ten years and I will issue a formal complaint to the Provident bank establishment. I have had an account with this bank for many years, and this branch, I get the worst customer service, I feel as though they think I'm a criminal. This service has happened to me so many times, sometimes I think it will change, but it never does. I believe the service is due to racism and they have already judged me at first sight. The staff is not multicultural, therefore, I believe what I believe. I get better service at the other branches with no problem. As a customer I should be treated with all fairness. There's always an excuse as to why my transactions take longer than others. They need to stop and treat people fairly. They don't have to like anybody, but this is a public establishment and customer service is extremly important. I will not be going to this branch again.

  They would no do a notary for a former employee, only if you a customer! Not only do they treat there customers terrible they also treat there former and current employees terrible! If I can give no stars I would
