We usually bank at the Middletown branch, but we stopped into Raritan Center because it was on our way to the airport. The staff—Sean, Joyce, and Lily—were very friendly and went out of their way to help with my transaction. The personalized attention I always receive at either branch makes me feel valued as a customer. They spoke to us about their insurance and home equity products. Unfortunately, I could not speak at length since I had a flight to catch! But I will make sure to call them as soon as I return! I highly recommend Columbia Bank to anyone looking for reliable and community-focused banking experience.
