  Branch is poorly managed. Waited over an hour and forty five minutes today sit with someone to open an account. Shameful!

  It was 4:55 when my daughter went to make a deposit in the drive thru today for my company. The teller took the tube while my daughter waited. One of the staff came on the speaker to tell her we’d be penalized if we were late before closing and we should start the new year right! What nerve. She was also referring to an incident last week before the snow storm hit the day after Xmas. We made it to the bank by 3:50 (they usually close at 5:00). It was not snowing. But they decided to close early. They first refused my deposit but I was treated so disrespectfully I refused to leave. She finally took it….a simple deposit. What happened to customer service? They advertise on tv to come in to their coffee cafe. What cafe? They closed every branch around us! Capital needs to send some of their employees to “customer service school” instead of spending money on fake commercials! Time for a new bank!

  Closest location from Trenton NJ, came to close out an account and the lines were very long. Almost wished I made an appointment. The teller was very friendly and make the process smooth and explained everything I needed to know. There aren’t many locations in some remote places and needed something more easily accessible.
