- JGJaime Gormezano5 days ago5.0We recently opened both a checking and savings account for my daughter at the Middletown location, and Jeanette, the branch manager at the time, assisted us. She was incredibly helpful during the account opening, and when we later ran into an issue with my daughter's debit card, reached out to her again since I still had her contact information. Even though Jeanette is no longer at that branch, she took the time to help us right away. That level of dedication truly reflects excellent customer service. Jeanette went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for her help!
- GBGodesi BizDec 2, 20251.0This bank visit was extremely disappointing. I suggest to avoid Tammy because my blood pressure started rising from the way she was talking. I only requested something simple, and instead of a smile or basic courtesy, her attitude made my day worse. Yes, my work got done, but she could have handled it much better—with less attitude and more professionalism. The way she spoke felt like she was doing me a favor, even though customers like us are the reason the bank exists and employees get paid. She gave statement twice in slow mode instead of listening me. Bank should review recording to see how she works with customers I don’t know when people like her will wake up and understand the importance of treating customers with respect. A little positivity, a little smile, and a little kindness can go a long way. I truly hope she didn’t intend to spoil my day, but the way she looked and talked made me feel like I had done something wrong just by asking a simple question.
