I came off my bike sweaty and exhausted from a surprise cross county morning of bank trips by bike and Bridget was so welcoming to help me with deposit . She even gave me napkin for my disheveled state . It really helped to feel welcome after AtM and check problems in little silver made me bike here during emergency day of bills . Thanks again !

I went because I needed to add a last name in my personal data, when I arrived and asked if they could do it and show him that I had my ID, drivelicense and Ss with me. the quick response of one of the agents was “we need your birth or marriage certificate and it will not be something immediate that takes time” .... All this happened at the bank in front of NJ motor and vehicle, where customers usually go to update their data because they are necessary to carry out some procedure in NJmotor&vehicle . This was 03/21/25 around 1pm I think it was the manager who attended me

Makes me think this bank is going to trouble and makes me want to close all my accounts there. Went today to open an account. Only 1 banker. Must do appointments because he’s fully booked. Turned around, went to TD bank and walked with a new account an hour after waiting in WF for nothing. Worst is that the employees at WF didn’t even care when I asked if they thought it’d be better for me to go to TD bank down the block. WF wins the prize for worst customer service.
