- SBSarah BrooksJul 27, 20255.0I went in with sort of a compound problem to begin with, and on top of that there seemed to be a computer system problem he was trying to figure out for maybe 5-10 minutes tops; despite ALL those issues, Amit helped me with kindness, patience, and understanding the entire time I was there. Amit definitely went out of his way to help me leave that day with at least part of my problem solved, since I had no choice but to wait 24 hours for their system to update and fix the other half of my issue. If you have an issue, do yourself a favor: skip the customer service help line, call the branch directly and set up an appointment to fix your issue. Amit went above and beyond to help me, so even if you dont get him at your appointment, I'm sure the rest of the bankers here are just as helpful as he is.
