- GBGeorge BoykowNov 7, 20255.0Went to the TdBank drive thru today. I needed to withdrawal some bills to put in a Birthday card. The teller, Oliver went above and beyond the service I expected. He made sure the bills were perfectly crisp and new to look nice in the card and also gave us a special Congratulations money folder to put in with the Greeting card!! Very nice!!! Thank you again!

I had to take the time to write this review specifically for the recent experience I had with Tony, the store manager. I came in to do an international wire transfer to a tour guide in Egypt, and my nerves were through the roof 1) because I've never wired money before 2) it was a large amount and 3) I've heard so many horror stories of wiring scams and the risks involved. Tony reassured me throughout the whole process, walked me through everything, told me what I needed, and flagged some items that we absolutely needed to make sure we had correct. On top of that, he meticulously cross-referenced every detail, I can't thank him enough for the way he managed the transaction. I left the bank with a ton of weight lifted off my shoulder...and this cute water bottle!
