- NJnicole jonesDec 21, 20251.0I used this bank off and on for 7 years. Just recently I was not impressed with the service that was displayed. My parents had a business account with TD for 10 years. I will be taking over next year. I will be transferring the funds to a different bank. They claimed my mom wasn't an authorized user and she couldn't deposit any money to the account. She has always been an authorized use so I don't know where the error was. Then they questioned what business and why she was depositing checks in that volume. Becoming very prejudice and unhelpful. We are a black-owned business that is doing well. After that we went to the branch in LIVINGSTON and they were helpful to explain exactly what the issue was and was only able to deposit the checks, not cash. As a person taking over a professional business and interacting with this prejudice, I will be changing all personal and business accounts to a different bank.

He made sure the bills were perfectly crisp and new to look nice in the card and also gave us a special Congratulations money folder to put in with the Greeting card!! Very nice!!! Thank you again!

Shout to Tony and team trying to handle the clients needs form both branches at the one branch.

I got to the place at 1:30pm and As soon as I said I wanted to open an account, she looked at the time and from then on she had all the excuses of opening an account. Not a friendly person either. I will never go back to this branch in East Hanover, NJ. 👎
